LEONARD MIDDLE SCHOOL LIBRARY
This website will provide you with all of the information you need as a student or parent to explore the LMS Library online.
The LMS Library is available for students and staff to conduct research, find age-appropriate reading materials, and take Reading Counts! quizzes. It contains a well-balanced print collection of approximately 10,000 volumes, 10 current magazine subscriptions, and 2 local newspapers. Connected to a wireless, high-speed Internet system, the library houses 11 computer work stations, as well as a collection of DVDs, audio and videocassettes. All materials are accessible electronically through our online catalog powered by Atriuum. Established when the school was built in 1969, a policy of providing books for all students has been maintained through the philosophy that there is no one book right for everyone, but there is value in every book for someone.
Among our top priorities are fostering independent learning, supporting our school curriculum, and catering to book lovers and life long learners.
For great books and magazines to read, SRC testing, reading advice, or research tips, come to the LMS library! Check out the LMS library today!
